Writer: Cathryn PayneCathryn Payne

The 2nd Annual ESRG Meeting: Embracing Technological Advancements for Complex Spine Pathology is an advanced training course held for orthopedic and neurosurgeons who treat spinal conditions with cutting edge full-endoscopic surgical technique.  The SSF Endoscopic Spine Symposium is the first multi-institutional didactic symposium in the United States that focuses exclusively on endoscopic spine surgery. The symposium is a comprehensive instructional series that delves into the intricacies of endoscopic spine surgery. The lab curriculum is designed to provide attendees an opportunity to have direct hands-on cadaveric experience with national experts. The course exposes attendees to state of the art endoscopic spine techniques and technologies. This year, utilizing a prospective data-collection initiative, the ESRG highlights an evidence-based series on optimizing outcomes for a variety of endoscopic procedures.
