3rd Annual Endoscopic Spine Surgery Symposium Splashes to Surges: Endoscopic Spine Surgery Gains Momentum

The Third Annual ESRG symposium at Seattle Science Foundation (SSF) wrapped up beautifully this year with "Heros and Zeros: Real world lessons from prospective ESRG Data" that were collected from the SPINEHealthie research app. Huge thanks to SSF at Swedish Cherry Hill and dedicated SSF staff who brought this event to life. 🏆 This year marked a major milestone: we awarded the world’s first patient outcome–centered recognition to high-volume endoscopic surgeons. These ESRG Patient Outcome Champions were honored based on certified prospective data and not anecdotes. A true Carfax™ moment for transparency in spine care.

🔧 The technical breadth was remarkable, with live demonstrations including five distinct transforaminal approaches, multiple fusion techniques, and hands-on exploration of enabling technologies. It’s clear: endoscopic surgery is becoming the worldwide standard of care.

🔥 And the Hero vs. Zero sessions? Unfiltered, real-world lessons pulled directly from ESRG’s growing prospective dataset. Equal parts humbling, hilarious, and inspiring.

This was more than a meeting — it was momentum, friendship, and true empathy for our patients.

Let’s keep it going. 🚀 See you all next year!
